J’ai “phased out” avec des postages réactifs, mais même ceux là me distraient trop d’occupations plus pressantes. Je reviendrai peut-être avec un blog différent dans le futur, mais cela ne sera certainement pas avant l’automne 2008. A ce moment là, je mettrai un lien ici pour ceux qui auront gardé souvenir de ce lieu…

I have for the second time read your blog in its entirety. Originally, it was your connection with O O and the video you’d posted of his work (I’ve long been an admirer). Today I found your piece (written in October) on Pasolini and am moved to seek out what I can of his work. Also, I am touched by your feelings of your hometowns and the changes that have come upn them. I am a descendant of Dahomese people born in Canada and have some slight knowledge of some of the town you speak of and in a way I empathise with your loss.
Thank you for the gift and I hope you’ll find time to write some time in the futurre.

Thanks Muhus… Although I don’t have the sense of loss that you perceived in my musings. I plan to come back to this blog in August.
